Melody Kulesza is the principal and owner of Pepper Tree Entertainment, LLC as well as manager of contracts and talent at Pepper Law Group, LLC. At Pepper Tree Entertainment, Melody manages and advises unique and talented artists with career planning, and structuring of alliances with premier entertainment entities. Melody assists Pepper Tree’s talent with placement opportunities, obtaining celebrity endorsements, public relations campaigns, product and services integrations, licensing opportunities, management of strategic channels with highly influential entities, and bleeding-edge, high tech, digitized, internet and mobile media friendly entertainment practices.
Prior to founding Pepper Tree Entertainment, Melody worked as an advisor to fashion model talent agency executives and booking agents, and also planned, coordinated, shot and edited portfolio and comp card images for in-house talent. Melody also assisted her clients in creating strategic placement business plans and building “cross-over” relationships with various vendors and in seeking venture capital. While at Temple Law, Melody mentored under and then worked in the law offices of Professor Lloyd Zane Remick, Temple’s highly-acclaimed professor of entertainment law, reviewing and drafting international music licensing and publishing contracts, literary publication proposals, celebrity endorsement deals, manuscripts, screenplays and television treatments for commercial viability.
Melody began her career as a professional model, and then established herself as a first-class fashion photographer, specializing in shooting A-list runway models. Melody’s photographs have appeared in many prominent print and on-line publications.
Melody holds a J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law, and received her B.A. from The College of New Jersey, Summa Cum Laude.
